Check with dentist: Not sure what you are asking. But i you are having swelling, bleeding, or pain around your new ceown. You should see your dentist and have things checked.

Itchy gum: Could be caused by an ill fitting crown which might be impinging on the gum. It would be very hard to tell without looking at the x-rays and clinical examination . The best would be to see a dentist who can evaluate the situation. Hope that helps.

Ill fitting crown: If the itching is at the gum line is is not an issue with the root canal therapy. It sound like the margin[where the tooth meets the crown] is overbulked or open.
