Limbo sacral disc?: At age of 80, probably it's osteoarthritis , disc disease , osteoporosis. Best advice is to see your doctor to be evaluated, examined and get an x-ray. Treatment depends on the findings. May be some safe pain medications and physical therapy will be enough.
