I recently hit the top front of my head on a low hanging door frame walking at full stride. now, 2 days later, i am having a sudden, sharp headache when i try and climb a set of stairs. could there be any correlation between these?

Friend carried 9 foot inflatable pool float in front of me up stairs. Got hit right on top of head from tail end of float. Didn't hurt. Later developed nausea/headache. Was drinking champagne in sun outside w/o much water. Chance of concussion?
