What's the difference between tramadol & carprofen? how effective when taken on its own or taking both together?

Different drugs...: Carprofen is now used primarily in the veterinary field, but it is available and can be taken by humans. Tramadol is used primarily for acute significant pain. They should be taken together with caution, using the tramadol only when needed for moderate to moderately severe bouts of pain.
