Delivery: There is essentially no difference except for the delivery method of the drug (capsules with tiny granules vs a single tablet). In normal healthy patients, the FDA requires that all drugs of the same medication perform in the same manner. When prescribing medications, I prefer tablets as they can last longer in storage and do not come apart if carried in a pocket or zip lock baggy.

There is very little: if any difference in the efficacy or potential side effects from these. The capsules do appear to have a slightly faster absorption and reach peak efficacy a few hours faster than the tablets.
