Tramadol/Codeine: Hydrocodone is a semi synthetic opioid from Codeine, classified as Schedule 2 narcotic. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic classified as Schedule 4 narcotic. Both are used for pain, but Hydrocodone is also used for cough suppression.
