With/without Tylenol (acetaminophen): tramadol/APAP 37.5mg/325mg = 37.5mg/tablet tramadol, a narcotic-like pain med, plus 325mg APAP=acetaminophen (as in Tylenol) as an augmenting pain med, the generic ingredients of Ultracet (tramdol and acetaminophen). Tramadol 50mg = 50 mg/tablet tramadol without any augmenting agent, Thus the 50 mg tab is more narcotic med. without the acetaminophen; the other is a lower quantity of tramadol with acetaminophen help.
