Heart rate: Normal heart rate for an average adult is considered to be in the 60 to 100 range beats per minute.

60-100/min: Normal resting hr is typically between 60 to 100beats per min. Above 100 is condired as tachycardia, below 60 considered as bradycardia. People in very good shape typically run their heart rates in 40s and 50s with out having any symptoms. If you are not in best physical shape and hr is below 50s , need to get checked out.

Too many variables: That is a bit of a vague question and there is no right answer. Probably under 100 beats per minute. But, there are a lot of variables. What is your real concern?

More or less: This would be considered a relatively good sign of an effective heart, likely due to athletic conditioning. It needs to beat as fast as necessary to do the work. If you are a couch potato I would want to check it out.

Yes : Your heart rate appears normal. Isolated measurements have otherwise limited value and have to be used in a clinical context.

Heart Rate: During sleep, HR in healthy people can even go as low as 30s. As long as asymptomatic, no problem. Upto 100 is normal by definition, however, resting and above 80 concerns us for a number of conditions.
