Probably around 60: Depends on how athletic vs. Sedentary you are. The more athletic you are, the lower your heart rate would be at rest; so a "normal" heart rate is really not defined, fitting every person in the population. In general however, a healthy, young adult, should not have a resting heart rate more than 80 BPM or much below 50 BPM (again, can be lower if you're an athlete).
