No: Wellbutrin (bupropion) does not affect your memory unless 1) you were very forgetful while depressed, and wellbutrin (bupropion) improves both your depression and your memory, or 2) you have a rare toxic reaction to wellbutrin (bupropion). In fact, wellbutrin (bupropion) is sometimes used to treat people with attention deficit disorder (add), and as such, could improve attention, comprehension, and memory.

In a good way: It helps depression & impaired concentration that looks like dementia in some cases goes with depression. Too much wellbutin or in combination with other meds with anticholinergic side effects could cause a delirium with memory problems.
