A member asked:

Psych says to increase my 150 mg wellbutrin dose to receive full benefits. but i already feel so good on low dose. why increase? i don't understand.

Dose adjustments: First, make sure to discuss any concerns with your psychiatrist. It is true that positive effects can be felt at lower doses of medications such as Wellbutrin, and some people are more sensitive to medications/doses and can stay on the lower side of the dosing range. Sometimes those initial positive effects can be seen to plateau, however, and that may be what your doctor is considering.
