A member asked:

Does an abdominal ct scan show polyps?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Robert Uyeda answered

Sometimes: But not usually. Polyps are usually too small, and ct scan does not distend colon adequately. Best test for colon polyps is colonoscopy by gastroenterologist.
