Usually no: Teeth do not usually drift distally, the tend to drift mesially, away from your wisdom teeth.

Tooth movement: After removal of wisdom teeth, it is highly unlikely that you will develop a perfect smile without orthodontic support. Any malocclusion you have before will remain after the surgery. However you can get braces at any age. Orthodontic consults are usually complimentary.

Sorry, no: Because of the way your jaws work teeth want to do two things to compensate for the wear we don't give our teeth, that our stone age ancestors did. They want to erupt and they want to drift forward toward the midline. Just as wisdom teeth do not cause anterior crowding, removing them does not alleviate anterior crowding.
