No: Teeth want to erupt and to move forward to compensate for the wear our stone-age ancestors gave their teeth that we don't. Removing wisdom teeth does not cause crowded front or side teeth to spontaneously straighten, nor does it provide room to straighten teeth. Separate issues. See a qualified orthodontic specialist for evaluation and explanation.

Straighter teeth??: Extracting wisdom teeth will not straighten your teeth. Although pressure fro the wisdom teeth can push teeth a little out of line depending on the duration of the pressure, removal of the wisdom teeth will not affect straightening, that will have to be achieved orthodontically.
