Not sure ?: If you believe the jaw and teeth discomfort is due to the extraction proceedure of the wisdom teeth, please contact the doctor who performed the extractions to evaluate your situation. That is the best adivse i can recommend.

Other teeth?: Maybe the source of the discomfort is not related to the wisdom teeth extraction, but coming from one of your other teeth in the back. See your dentist for an examination.
