How much pain should i expect from it after the anesthesia wears off when removing wisdom teeth?

Depends: Everyone reacts differently to wisdom tooth extractions. This depends on the difficulty of the extraction, the skill of the dentist or oral surgeon, your immune system and how you individually handle things. The oral surgeon can answer the first parts. But expect there to be some pain for several days. You will be given the appropriate medication to help healing.

Not very: Most people can get by with a little Motrin if they have some pain.

Depend on Difficulty: Wisdom teeth, if mostly erupted and in a person under 30 who follows their post surgery should have little to no pain. Partial or full boney impacted wisdom teeth usually require more extensive surgery and as a result there is the possibility of greater post operative pain. Each individual is different and so ask your surgeon ahead of time for their opinion.
