Unlikely: Parents made a very valid decision. Both to circumcise or not to circumcise are perfectly correct decisions. Your forskin will most likely remain loose unless it is somewhat tight to retraction. Tightm\ness or phimosis can increase with time if it is already tight or you develop balanitis (inflammation of glans penis), develop diabetes or some vascular diseases. "don't fix if not broken!".
