? enough skin left: Your penile skin may feel tight ; penis painful when erect if too much skin was removed at your circumcision. Occasionally problem is a tight frenulum. Worth checking with a urologist. We have had occasional patient who needed ; benefited from penoplasty surgery or divison of frenulum, which ever is required, to permit full erection without discomfort.
