Foot sores: They are not contagious. If the sore is infected with bacteria they can be passed from one to another.

No: They can't transfer to another. If infection present and a lot of drainage then another could get infection.

Not typically: It depends what the source of the sore is. If it is an infection, like mrsa, then it can be contagious to another individual. But typically diabetic foot sore, or wounds/ulcers are not contagious.
