Also, your child should see pediatric dental specialist (for same reasons thou see a pediatric medical specialist) no later than age 1. If 1st tooth erupting now, call a pedodontist for an appointment.

No: Some children do get low grade fever and mild diarrhea while teething, but not vomitting. This is something else, cold or virus. I would have him evaluated by his pediatrician just to be safe.
