Wouldn't think so: I have never accepted the idea of a high fever caused by teething, ever. She may be teething while she has an ear infection, a stomach virus, or other illness but I don't ignore a high fever as teeth.

Teething: She may well be teething despite also having fever, diarrhea and stuffy nose. However, teething does not result in cold symptoms. Keep her drinking sips of fluid and make sure she continues to make wet (urine) diapers. Sit her in a steamy bathroom which can relief discomfort from nasal congestion.
