Teething: Teething at that age causes a significant increase is salivary flow. This increased salivary flow can cause stomach upset. Consult you pediatrician for recommendations and always watch for dehydration from the vomiting and diarrhea.

Maybe: It is more likely that your child has a stomach bug. If you child is dehydrated or this continues for 3 days contact your pediatrician.

No: Some children do get low grade fever and mild diarrhea while teething, but not vomitting. This is something else, cold or virus. I would have him evaluated by his pediatrician just to be safe.

Possibly: But this is rather extreme. Could be your child is teething and has cold at the same time. Ck w your pediatrician. Also, your child should see pediatric dental specialist (for same reasons thou see a pediatric medical specialist) no later than age 1. If 1st tooth erupting now, call a pedodontist for an appointment.
