Good day please assist, i have twin toddlers who are vomiting every after coughing. went to the doctor on wednesday and they are still not well. please assist and advise what could be the issue. the running tummy has stopped but now they are vomiting?

It appears that your toddlers had viral upper respiratory infection and secretions are accumulating faster than they can bring out. Keep them well hydrated, humidify their living space, vicks vaporub application on the nose and nostrils can open passages to drain secretions (sparingly and not very often). You can give age appropriate nasal decongestant, expectorant. Hope it helps, they get better
