Gastritis : Most probably, if the vomiting is that severe and you can't keep anything down, you want to go urgent care or ER, meanwhile sipping fluids would help together with OTC medications for your stomach as a PPI (omeprazole) and/or antacid as ranitidine, read the labels carefully, good luck
