Not likely: Excessive calcium can cause kidney stones. Gallstones are usually made of cholesterol or bilirubinate crystals.

Age 64, check up found single gallstone 15 mm. No symptoms at all. Cholesterol, Calcium & Bilirubin are ok. Not sure to extrat the whole gallblade.
At age of 64 in a regular check up was found one 15 mm gallstone. I never had any symptoms at all. Rates of Cholesterol, Calcium and Bilirubin are ok.
