Are ginger root supplements bad if you have diabetes and gallstones or is it safe to take? also what about tumeric supplements? thank you

Gallstones: Surely you must have seen a doctor about gallstones. If you are not satisfied with his/her help seek another doctor - preferably a gastroenterologist.
Regarding your diabetes, it is OK to take Ginger root supplements but only if that does not increase your blood sugar.
