CA+ HAS MANY FORMS: Calcium your body absorbs from diet is not the same as that found in plaque. While organic calcium is necessary for many cellular processes, inorganic calcium is a hardening agent that is deposited from end stage disease or stress. While it is true that excess calcium may be deposited in kidneys or joints, calcium in plaque is usually a response to free radical damage to arteries needing repair.
