Give it some time...: The body has to adapt to the gall bladder missing and it may result in loose stools for 1-2 months. There is no longer a place to store bile, so it all goes into the intestine and has to be reabsorbed. Until the body reaches a "new steady state" the extra mile causes irritation which leads to water rushing into the intestine and results in diarrhea.
