Yes: Its a good bmi- but i wouldn't want you to be much thinner than that.

Depends: This depends on your mindset. If you are happy with this weight, are not trying to lose and are feeling good about yourself, this is at the low end of normal. It you think you are overweight, and continue to try to lose, then this is a dangerous BMI reflective of potentially evolving anorexia nervosa.
