Do i need a ct scan on my liver for elevated liver enzymes?

Looking for a cause: The ct scan may be able to define a cause of the elevated enzymes like evidence of bile obstruction, fatty change, tumors, etc.

Ultrasound is : Usually the first line test. It's better at evaluating the gallbladder and biliary ducts and is more sensitive for fatty infiltration.
