When to know when a sinus infection has spread to the eyes and brain?

Bad news: The signs depends on which sinus cavity is involved. Earliest is proptosis (eye bulging forward), pain in or around the eye, double vision and then decreased vision. Frontal sinus can cause droopy eyelid as well.
