Not likely but a severe tooth infection in upper jaw may extend to the maxillary sinus on the same side. Allergic rhinosinusitis may occur concurrently with allergic conjunctivitis, not infectious in etiology.

It most certainly cannot cause periodontitis. A sinus irritation may cause a response around your eyes.
