Your eyes: Probably your eyes. Eye strain is common with computers. It really should not effect your sinuses. An eye exam my help.

1 year old: A 1 year old with persistent eye pain is so unusual that s/he should be evaluated. If it's an adult with eye pain while watching the TV or computer screen, turn off the TV/computer. Pain from eyestrain can spread to other parts of the head. Sinusitis would not be worse watching TV.
