what is the best way to reduce bruising after wisdom teeth removal?

Ice: Placing an ice pack on the outside of the face will usually help. Place it on the area for 15-20 minutes and then the other side, that way it is not contestant cool, but cool/warm.

Ice: Ice packs 10 min on./ 10 min off repeated as much as possible the first day after srugery.
