Estrogen: When a woman ovulates it is the time of maximum estrogen. Estrogen will lead to the white vaginal thin discharge. It is not related to implantation bleeding. It is just the timing around this event. Once you have implantation progesterone levels are increased causing the cervical mucus to dry up and become thicker.
