Splint: Rest, night splint, vitamin b6 100mg / day, over the counter anti-inflammatory meds and ergonomic changes to work space. If that fails then cortisone injection and surgery (endoscopic).

See below: This is unlikely to be caused by gerd. I would suggest that you get these symptoms evaluated to look for another source.
