Relative had a trabecluectomy, 7 years ago. now she is having a chronic bleb leak. bandage contact lens and compression stitch used. any other options?

Bleb revision: Chronic bleb leaks have a significant chance for infectious endophthalmitis ( intraocular infection) which can result in blindness. If a leak cannot be stopped with conservative measures like you've described, i would recommend a surgical bleb revision. I advise seeing a glaucoma subspecialist who will evaluate your relative and properly advise her as to the best approaches for this chronic issue.
