Regular: To lose weight, you must exercise regularly. Start a weight training program. Also a good way to lose weight is running and becoming more physically active. Also have a healthier diet. Avoid all sodas and only drink water. Avoid fatty snacks with sugars and instead have fruits and veggies as snacks.

Exercise: I would suggest a pilates like regimen which will help strengthen core body strength - as always discuss with your physician and start slowly and work up gradually.

Spot fat loss does : Not occur naturally. By losing weight in general a certain amt will be ab, back, neck ; arm fat. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Get regular aerobic exercise. Tone arms w standing biceps curl w.
