About
Bio
I founded Evident Health Services, LLC (EHS) in 2005 to provide a unique prospective resource for the identification and management of CardioMetabolic disease. CardioMetabolic disease encompasses the evaluation and management of the interlinked risk factors of abnormal blood sugar management, high blood pressure, high cholesterol/other blood lipids, and obesity. While we provide full evaluation and management services coordinating with a patient's other managing physicians, our goal is to identify disease risk BEFORE there is permanent damage and a diagnosis has been established. Please visit our website at www.evidenthealth.com to find out if you are at risk based on our online risk survey.
