I have a warmth in my stomach tht feels like heartburn but is not, sometimes up to chest & bad shooting stomach/rib pains ns tht are brief. is it aaa?

Probably not: Probably no aaa. Could just be bad gas with bloating. If it continues and gets worse see a physician. Otherwise sit up after you eat for at least 2 hours after a meal. You can try something over the counter for gas relief.

Not AAA: AAA is unheard of in your age group. I'm not sure what the cause of your discomfort is, but rest assured that it is not aaa.
