I been have a history of gerd and costochondritis this last 6 days i've been having chest pains with gas and burning sensation in my chest and stomach so my doctor preformed a ekg and it said minimal left precordial repolarization disturbance,?

ECG repolarization: That is not a clinically concerning ECG finding and in no way related to your GERD or costochondritis.

Nonspecific: The EKG findings are nonspecific. Your symptoms don't suggest a cardiac cause but may be due to esophagitis. and/ or gastritis. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, aspirin or Advil like medications, spicy and greasy foods and take omeprazole. If no improvement in a week see a gastroenterologist. A cardiologist can advise you about your EKG findings which may have no clinical significance.
