Letter from MD: Your dentist may accept a letter from your cardiologist stating exactly that you do not need antibiotics so they may have that in your record, purpose: if a problem develops, your dentist would not then be responsible. Or consider just taking the few antibiotics prior to each dental appointment.

Medical clearance: If you get medical clearance from the cardiologists to see you without any antibiotics i'm sure he will. Understand that your dentist is only interested in your health and he is.Not in any position to make that call without something in writing from the cardiologist.
