POTS: Prognosis is usually good. Due to dysautonomic response. Few tips: Need to stay hydrated, avoid heat exposure and prolonged standing or sudden standing. Wear compression stockings and for severe cases - medications. Start with beta blockers and advance to fludracortisone, midrodine or physostigmine

Syncope: they are usually not deadly, but could be very disturbing. You may need to take some meds. your doc can prescribe you some meds and usually increasing salt and fluid intake helps unless you have hypertension of kidney issues.
