Stress?: Often sleep can be disturbed by stress as well as mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. Try to do relaxing things in the evening using calming aromatherapy, deep slow soft belly breathing, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation or foot massage. Try guided imagery or self hypnosis. If your problem persists get checked by your healthcare practitioner.
