Read and measure!: Check the package. The calories are indicated for a serving size. So check the serving size of the peanut butter, of the jelly and of the bread. Add them up and you get the result. If you less or more of each, obviously there will be less or more calories. Pick a no added sugar jelly and a low sugar, lower fat peanut butter. Still better than a burger!
