Would a peanut butter and jelly sandwich help a child?have ?a bowel movement?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably not: The most common reason to get constipated is not enough fluid and fiber. Make sure the child is drinking no more than ~20oz milk daily. Increase plain water and avoid sugary drinks. Increase foods with fiber and fruit/veg. Can try some prune juice to help soften poop. If your child is in pain, is vomiting or has not pooped for a few days call ur doctor.
