THEY ARE GOOD BUT: It is not true that whole grain cereals are more in calories than non whole grain cereals.Actually for oz for oz whole grain have less calories than refined grains as it contains fibers which do not have any calories peanuts on the other hand are good for you as all tree nuts are but these are high in calories and better be limited in quantity but as snacks they are better than chips.
