May be ant bite...: Insect bites many times will present themselves as a blister with a "white dote" - particularly if it has been scratched. Some other skin conditions that can present the same way too - have the podiatrist check it for you.

Insect bite: In my office lately I have seen blisters with central white dots and they are from insect bites. Also, a red blister with a white dot could be a sign of some pus inside the blister. Watch the redness, if it looks like it is spreading around the blister this could be a sign of infection. If you suspect an infection see your pcp.
