I have 2 white spots on the underside of my second smallest toe. they are very painful and sensitive and red around (though not infected).they look a bit like small blisters but have been there for weeks & are not changing. any idea what it could be?

Plantar warts: Various strains of the common skin wart can infect that location & lead to a painful thickened area. Removal by a dermatologist or podiatrist may be your best option since they tend to grow larger over time. Your doc can confirm/exclude this label.
