Pain inner toe : If its hard to the touch it more likely a bone spur which x-ray would pick up. If a blister take a sterile needle and pop it and let it drain. If pus is noted then its infected and will need to see your podiatrist . If you pop it leave cover intact, don't peel the skin away and cover with band aide.
